About

Meet Dr. Brianne Maxwell, DO

Board Certified Osteopathic OB/GYN. Partner in your health.

I'm a board-certified OB/GYN physician with a strong commitment to comprehensive, evidence-based care across all stages of women's health. I believe that caring for a whole person means caring for body, mind, and spirit — attending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing together, not as separate pieces. I feel a personal commitment to helping women develop a sense of strength, purpose, health, and wellness in their own lives.

I became a physician because I believe medicine is at its best when it combines excellent clinical care with a genuine relationship between doctor and patient. And I believe that by raising up women — supporting their health, their confidence, and their voice — we all see stronger communities, healthier families, and thriving mothers.

Over the years, I've also seen how difficult it can be for women to get the time and attention they deserve. Appointments can feel rushed. Important questions can go unasked. Symptoms can be minimized. And sometimes patients leave without really understanding what comes next.

Made Well by Maxwell was created to offer something different — a setting where time and listening are prioritized, and where a lifestyle plan helps you improve your energy, restore balance, and live well.

My Approach to Care

Listening is part of practicing medicine.

Good healthcare starts with understanding the person in front of me — not just the symptoms on a list. I believe that caring for a whole person means integrating body, mind, and spirit: your physical health, your emotional wellbeing, and the sense of meaning and purpose that carry you through your days. When all of those are attended to, that's when a woman truly thrives.

I take time to listen, to explain, and to make sure you understand your options. My job isn't to tell you what you should do — it's to make sure you understand your choices so we can decide together. Exceptional care requires a setting where time and listening come first, and where a lifestyle plan helps you improve your energy, restore balance, live well, and thrive in your life.

I feel a personal commitment to helping women develop a sense of strength, purpose, health, and wellness. I believe that when we raise up women, we build stronger communities, healthier families, and thriving mothers — and that work starts one woman, one conversation, one appointment at a time.

Medicine is not one-size-fits-all. Your care should reflect your health, your priorities, and your life — and it should never feel like a checklist being completed around you.
